Enables prioritization of process management activity across business units through a risk-based lens. Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.
How You'll Do It
Identify existing process inventory and/or support documentation of process inventory. Provide complete and accurate information for foundational required data inputs. Ensure complete and accurate risk and control information. Support maintenance of process, risk and control inventory.
Develops relationships with key constituents necessary to deliver project results, including: internal team, cross-functional work team, project steering committee, and support functions.
Develops and communicates project schedules and tools. Leads updates and presentations.
Collaborates with team members to understand risk and business needs. Conducts analyses of current state, drive root-cause-analyses, develops insights, identify solutions, designs future states and delivers solutions with sustainable results.
Adherence and adoption of non-financial risk frameworks and methodologies, including metrics and formalized governance routines to monitor operating effectiveness.
Qualifications You'll Need
The Basics:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration and Management, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
6+ years of experience of process improvement in business operations, industrial engineering; internal/in-house or consulting or operational support capacity, or related with some experience in financial services and/or consumer-centric fields.
4+ years of experience in planning/executing cross-functional projects.

Compensation:
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $91,000.00 to $153,400.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
