Job Duties and Responsibilities
The position of Account Executive, Programmatic Sales will play a key role in Dish Media sales programmatic revenue growth, outreach, partnership development, and strategy. The AE will build, manage, and grow revenue within PMPs across DSPs. The AE will also support Dish Media Sales agency programmatic conversations via a consultative capacity. The AE must be a subject matter expert on programmatic and have a technical understanding of the ecosystem, including data and execution, to help identify buyers' needs and strategies.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Meet budgeted revenue goals and activity levels on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis as defined by your market
Leverage data and insights to propose advertising recommendations that best suit customer needs
Grow and manage a pipeline of DSPs, programmatic agencies, and trading desks
Partner internally to help support Dish Media Sales AEs pitches, strategy, management, and execution when relating to programmatic
Take the initiative to grow relevant programmatic knowledge by attending trade shows
Skills, Experience and Requirements
A successful Account Executive will have the following:
Bachelor's degree from a four-year College or University
2-3+ years of relevant experience in the programmatic media industry, such as SSPs, DSPs, agencies, trading desks, or technical platforms
Ability to understand and implement data with both tech partners, as well as agency and client direct decision-makers
Knowledge of tech partners and how they can help DISH Media further penetrate partner companies, evolve technologically, and scale current and new business
Deep grasp of the OTT advertising ecosystem
Comprehensive knowledge of programmatic technologies
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written)
Salary Range
Compensation: $86,940.00/Year - $124,200.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
