Job Duties and Responsibilities

This role will be working with DISH’s network partners to help solve business, operational, compliance and legal issues surrounding current and future project launches. The successful candidate will identify gaps and drive decisions rooted in data, while engaging, collaborating and communicating across the enterprise to deliver on initiatives. They will support the development of policies that focus on quality customer experience by minimizing, identifying and eliminating financial risks.

Day-to-day job responsibilities: 

  • Responsible for daily/weekly/monthly/ad-hoc reporting for leadership, internal teams, and partners
  • Handle key operational support functions and special projects for Retail Wireless and Wholesale customers 
  • Manage relationships with internal and external partners 
  • Maintain prioritization and roadmap of partner initiatives balanced against strategic goals 
  • Assemble teams, assign individual responsibilities, identify appropriate resources and develop schedules to ensure timely completion of projects;
  • Manage project milestones and deliverables while providing ongoing initiative updates and status reporting.
  • Collaborate with legal team on contract reviews for Statements of Work, partner agreements, etc. 
  • Lead meetings for individual projects, status checkpoints, and partnership reviews

Skills, Experience and Requirements

High-level qualifications: 

  • The ability to work cross-functionally to drive projects, issue resolution, and contracts through to successful completion. Experience managing multiple complex projects with the ability to clearly communicate amongst cross-functional teams, leadership, and external partners. Ability to manage complex relationships to build strong partnerships, while also holding key stakeholders accountable for their deliverables. 

Specific qualifications: 

  • Proficiency in Google Suite products, Microsoft Office, Visio, etc.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and three to five years of relevant experience;

  • Champion key projects to completion with enthusiasm and confidence

  • Proactively recognize and define opportunities/problems, determine solutions to address them, and independently oversees solutions through to completion

  • Regularly recommend changes that improve existing business processes and overall department performance

  • Have strong project management skills including a demonstrated ability to plan, schedule, organize, coordinate, manage, & evaluate project efficiency.

  • Regularly collaborate with management to ensure organizational consistency

  • Ability to clearly communicate with different levels of the organization and internal and external partners across all business units

  • Experience facilitating technical meetings and collaborating with others to brainstorm and implement valuable solutions;

  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving ability/experience to drive solutions, addressing known issues and risks

  • Flexibility and resilience to adjust to changing priorities and new challenges  

  • Project and release management experience

Salary Range

Compensation: $63,https://150.00/Year - $90,https://000.00/Year
