Job Duties and Responsibilities

The Business Operations Analyst II will be responsible for ad hoc and recurring report creation and analysis for Direct Sales, New and Existing Customers. This duty will include partnering with internal teams that maintain our operational sales data and use standard reporting tools (Tableau, Google Sheets) to access and compile data.

This will be on-site at our Roseland, NJ location.

Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Creation of both written and verbal communication that includes: e-mail, reports, and presentations to a variety of audiences

• Read, analyze, and interpret common metrics used to measure and monitor operational performance, define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and provide clear and concise communication with a wide audience of internal departments

• Utilizing Google applications to accurately gather, audit, and analyze data to identify strengths, opportunities, and trends that may impact the business. Constructing Pivot Tables and Charts/Graphs to support visual evidence of data gathered.

• Monitor content and quality of calls to identifying opportunities for improving existing business processes and implementation of change

• Perform special projects, research, analysis, and presentations at the request of senior Dish Network leadership

• Ability to partner with multiple business units to provide a deep technical understanding of the data that drives performance

Skills, Experience, and Requirements

• Advanced or strong competency skills in Google Workspace applications (Such as, Google Sheets, Slides, and Docs), Microsoft Excel, as well as some knowledge/experience of database SQL Willingness and aptitude to learn new technologies and skills

• Experience in Quantitative/ Voice Analytics 

• Strong interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication, including the ability to synthesize information that can be easily consumed by various senior leadership audiences

• Adept at managing multiple priorities and projects in a dynamic environment to drive results

• Ability to prioritize, organize and complete all tasks, meeting deadlines and target completion dates. Multitasking is a necessity.

• Define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and provide clear and concise communication with a wide audience of internal departments

• Analyze and interpret trends in metrics to make recommendations for business improvement

• Proven initiative; motivated self-starter with ‘can-do' attitude

• BA/BS in business or two or more years of relevant business analyst experience

Salary Range

Compensation: $66,010.00/Year - $94,300.00/Year
