Corporate Counsel sought by DISH Network, LLC in Englewood, CO.
Engage in complex and highly sophisticated research on, and analysis of, legal issues and problems, and write detailed, cogent legal memoranda and documents; draft and negotiate a wide variety of complex commercial contracts and manage the life cycle of the transactions; review transaction documents and make appropriate suggestions or recommendations to determine issues involved, prepare legal memoranda and transaction instruments, conduct due diligence, research laws as needed, and participate in conferences or discussions between the Legal Programming department and other departments within DISH.
Position Requires: Juris Doctor (JD) degree and 3 years of experience as a transactional attorney (including pre-bar-admission) at a large national transactional law firm (1000+ attorneys). Experience must include working on multi-billion-dollar transactions under tight timelines, and must include working on lengthy and complex transactional agreements spanning various legal disciplines. Must be admitted to the practice of law and be in good standing in a U.S. state or in the District of Columbia
Employment is contingent on successful completion of a pre-employment criminal background check, which may include a drug test.
RATE OF PAY: $195,000.00
