    Job Duties and Responsibilities

    The Digital CoE team is looking for Product Managers to build the “Digital DNA” of the company. You will support the digital transformation and digital acceleration of a portfolio of businesses - ranging from our mature business (DISH TV), Sling TV, Retail Wireless businesses and OnTech In-Home services, among others. 

    Key partners/relationships: Business teams (Retail Wireless, DISH TV, Sling), IT, Marketing, Design, Operations.

    Responsibilities

    • Understands how the product feature being built meets business objectives, developing customer empathy for the given product

    • Proactively research how other companies address similar functional and business requirements

    • Work with IT in determining feasibility and prerequisite for the given product/launch (2 months out)

    • Participate in the build/buy analysis by breaking down detailed set of requirements

    • Leverage qualitative data from user testing research, partnership with the Consumer Insights team and visual analytics tools to uncover friction points on the customer experience and ideate potential solutions, in collaboration with team members.

    • Partner with internal IT and UX Design teams to design, implement and report on new design features, and tools for the desktop and mobile applications.

    • Comfortable with making feature trade-offs based on business & customer requirements and work with IT to implement

    • Leverage analytics to conduct sales funnel analysis, provide customer insights, identify opportunities to A/B test or personalize content in order to increase conversion rates and improve the customer experience. 

    • Partner across the Digital CoE, the broader DISH organization, and with vendors to deliver high impact digital solutions that drive business goals.

    • Strategically assess customer acquisition opportunities, current customer impact, and help implement corporate-wide programs.  

    • Track & measure outcomes and ensure they are aligned with stated objectives independently; can quickly recommend corrections or changes if objectives are not met

    • Support testing programs

    • Help evangelize the product domain throughout the organization, building excitement and support for the product and its vision.

    Skills, Experience and Requirements

    Skills

    • Analytical and problem-solving abilities, product management skills, along with great communication and collaboration skill

    • Demonstrated ability to contribute to successful campaigns

    • Demonstrated qualitative and quantitative analytical skills and hands-on experience with online analytics or testing tools such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Optimizely, Google Analytics, Web Trends, Usertesting.com, Quantum Metric and Hotjar.

    • Able to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment with a high capacity to multitask and handle tight deadlines.

    • Familiarity with web development and web design practices strongly preferred

    • Able to synthesize, prioritize and drive results with a high sense of urgency

    • Able to think creatively and strategically

    • Can coordinate across key stakeholders for all minor product and feature releases with supervision

    • Capable of executing the process for product execution

    • Effectively manage collaborative work with strong organizational and communication skills.

    • An eye for design that improves the digital user experience and elevates the brand

    Education/ Experience

    • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, computer science, or a related field
    • Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in Product Management, Digital Marketing, eCommerce
    • Experience with B2C platforms in the Communications/Media, Financial Services or Retail industry
    • Proven track record of successfully managing product through their lifecycle
    • Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams
    • Experience with Design Thinking and Agile Framework methodologies
    • Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager or Magento a plus

    Salary Range

    Compensation: $87,500.00/Year - $125,000.00/Year

    The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
