With the most trusted and reliable in-home technicians in the business, OnTech Smart Services has expanded our scope from satellite TV installations and repair to a wide range of other in-home technology-related services. We help people find the best products to meet their personalized needs, professionally install them, and most importantly, teach them how to use and get the most out of these products.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
As a company with established partnerships, including Google, Amazon, and Ring, we remain committed to expanding our network to include new partners who can facilitate our business growth. This pivotal role entails cultivating a robust pipeline of prospective partners in the EV, new home builders, age-tech, and other industries, with the objective of creating new business opportunities. The successful candidate will play a strategic role in shaping our market approach in these verticals, necessitating the formation of a highly capable team of business development professionals.
As the leader of our OnTech Smart Business Development team, this role is responsible for executing our strategic business plan and driving growth through partnerships and multiple direct-to-consumer sales channels. As the leader of the OnTech Business Development team, you will lead a dedicated and cross-functional team in achieving revenue, profitability, and customer experience goals, and advancing OnTech's market position as a preeminent player in the Smart Home Service sector.
Build a pipeline of new partners across key industries
Strategically define market strategy in each of the verticals
Lead a high-performing team of business development professionals
Drive revenue, profitability, and growth through new and existing partners
Build capabilities roadmap to improve customer experience
Work cross-functionally with large, distributed teams

Salary Range
Compensation: $175,000.00/Year - $250,000.00/Year
