Job Duties and Responsibilities

Create and oversee a deal pipeline.
Identify and evaluate opportunities around new businesses and extensions of existing businesses with a focus on growth and engagement.
Lead and grow existing team focused on partner/platform management and business affairs.
Build and onboard new team resources focused on new business opportunities across industry touchpoints: distribution, product, marketing and sponsorships.
Work closely with cross-functional teams throughout the lifecycle of key partnerships and push objectives across the organization.
Create and deliver deal analyses, investment recommendations, partner overviews, and presentations.
Communicate status of deals continuously.
Build, mentor, and maintain a high-performing team.

Compensation: $175,000.00/Year - $225,000.00/Year
