Job Duties and Responsibilities

The Wireless IT OOS Platforms department is looking for an Embedded Tester for SIM and Device Platforms who you will be responsible for helping document and test novel implementations and integrations of eSIM, SIM and Device Management technologies including public/private cloud & Edge migration of our mission critical applications from the on-prem and remote data-centers.

Key responsibilities:

• Work with internal technical teams to identify and test platform elements required to support key mobile product features.
• Build and document detailed technical test requirements for systems, applications, integration(s), and new products for eSIM, SIM-OTA and Device Management platforms. 
• Meet with the various IT and business stakeholders to identify business, system, and process improvement opportunities.
• Develop, analyze, prioritize, and organize requirement specifications, data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts for developers and testers to follow.
• Create targeted system analysis documentation for architecture teams and executives, including design and interface considerations, data analysis and systems testing.
• Provide application and process subject matter expertise for business partners and IT technical resources.
• Contribute to sprint planning, daily standup, and other team activities as a member of a scrum team.

Skills, Experience and Requirements

Education: BA/BS in a technical or business discipline (information systems, engineering, computer science, finance, business administration, or accounting), Master’s degree is preferred or equivalent professional experience.

Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience as an System Analyst or related position.

Skills:

• Analysis experience with modern web technologies including web services APIs.

• Analysis experience with relational and NoSQL database technologies.

• Knowledge of Serverless / Function as a service concepts, implementations & patterns, web scale and distributed systems.

• Previous experience with supply chain related applications, wireless, or OSS/BSS desirable.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to assess business needs and translate them into relevant solutions.

• Excellent organizational and written/verbal communication skills.

• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional resources and work well in a distributed environment.

• Demonstrated understanding of and experience using Agile processes and methodologies.

• Ability to plan for future while maintaining the current delivery with rapidly changing priorities.

• Rally / CA Agile Central experience a plus.

• Domain expertise in GSMA standards including TS.43, Apple Entitlement Server a plus.

• Domain expertise in OMA-DM or LWM2M protocols a plus.

Salary Range

Compensation: $79,900.00/Year - $108,100.00/Year
