    Job Duties and Responsibilities

    As the Executive Assistant you will be the supportive force that empowers our senior leadership in a high-tech
    company. With a primary responsibility of supporting the Senior Vice President (SVP) of Broadcast and Spacecraft
    Operations, you will also provide assistance to the SVP’s executive team and direct leadership to ensure that company
    goals and objectives are accomplished and operations run efficiently. The ideal person for the job will be a proactive
    problem solver with exceptional communication skills and a meticulous attention to detail. The Executive Assistant
    will be experienced in handling a wide-range of administrative and executive support related tasks and will be able to
    work independently with a sense of urgency. We rely on our assistants for flexibility and foresight, while maintaining
    confidences related to high-level systems and operations.

    This position is based in Englewood, CO.

    • Manages calendars, schedules meetings, calls, and other appointments, and resolves scheduling conflicts
    • Ensures schedules are accurate and keeps manager informed of upcoming appointments and deadlines
    • Coordinates and manages executives’ travel plans and itineraries, including booking of hotels, transportation,
      and meal coordination. The Executive Assistant may accompany their manager on travel as needed
    • Arranges meetings (virtual and in person), including room reservation, presentation and equipment setup,
      agendas, catering, and visitor passes. Greets and escorts visitors and provides guest assistance
    • Organizes and plans team events, both internally and offsite
    • Liaise with IT and Facilities on preventative maintenance, inspections, diagnose, repair, or safety concerns
    • Monitoring and ordering of office supplies, furniture, and equipment as needed
    • Manages communication between upper management and employees, liaising with internal and external
      executives on various projects and tasks
    • Collaborates in a multi-team environment to plan, accomplish tasks, and meet objectives
    • Produces correspondence, presentations, reports, and spreadsheets. Proofreads work produced by others
    • Anticipates the needs of executives and acts upon them accordingly
    • Creates requisitions, processes invoices, and coordinates with Accounts Payable for prompt payment of high
      volume invoicing while ensuring company policies and procedures are followed
    • Maintains professionalism and exercises discretion with sensitive and confidetntial information relating to
      personnel or the business
    • Provides other administrative and office support as required

    Skills, Experience and Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university; or at least five years in an administrative
      role reporting to VPs or higher

    • Proficient with office productivity tools such as Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Chats) and MS
      Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Project); vitual meetings such as Meets and Webex; and social media platforms, with aptitude to learn new software and systems

    • Superb verbal and written communication skills

    • Strong time-management skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to organize and prioritize multiple
      projects seamlessly

    • Excellent typing and data entry skills

    • Flexible team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done; adaptable and enjoys a challenge

    • Must be willing to travel between multiple offices in the Denver area with some out-of-state travel

    • Must be a U.S. Person (a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident) as position requires access to U.S. export
      restricted materials

    • Dedicated workspace in a corporate office environment. Typically works M-F normal business hours, but must be able
      to support work during off hours as dictated by the needs of the business. Up to 5% travel.

    Salary Range

    Compensation: $55,000.00/Year - $80,000.00/Year
