    Department Summary

    The Talent Acquisition team is integral to DISH's success as we supply the fuel for our continued growth and award-winning innovation.  We are looking for an Executive Recruiter who will manage the full cycle recruitment process for a variety of senior-level executive roles.  Reporting the Head of Talent Acquisition, this function will work closely with the talent acquisition management, HR leaders and C-level executives as we develop the strategy to position DISH for the future by attracting, identifying, and placing key executive roles in the organization.

    Job Duties and Responsibilities

    Primary responsibilities fall into the following categories: 

    • Work with the Chief People Officer, Talent Acquisition Leader, HR Leadership, and Executive Leadership teams to create and execute multi-channel strategies to identify and source senior-level candidates for both current and future requirements across the Wireless business, including creative networking and branding initiatives

    • Initiate contact with passive and active candidates with persuasiveness and maintain high touch, responsive, and lasting relationships through the recruitment lifecycle (source to close)

    • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates through proactive sourcing and ongoing relationship management

    • Manage planning and logistics for candidate’s interview days onsite; Offer administrative support throughout the hiring process.

    Skills, Experience and Requirements

    The successful Executive Recruiter will have the following: 

    • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5+ years of solid knowledge and experience in full lifecycle recruitment, selection, and negotiation techniques

    • Executive presence and strong relationship and stakeholder management skills 

    • History of developing and executing sourcing and recruitment strategies

    • Proven experience interviewing, assessing, and presenting candidates / managing the full recruitment cycle for complex and senior-level hires

    • A high degree of comfort in communicating with mid to senior-level executives, both written and verbal

    • A positive attitude and persuasive selling skills to convert candidates to hires 

    • Outstanding database and internet research skills, as well as a broad knowledge of business information sources

    • Relentless drive to find and connect with the best talent

    • Service-oriented attitude with a sense of urgency and tenacity 

    Salary Range

    Compensation: $64,800.00/Year - $114,000.00/Year

    The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
