Job Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for the proper maintenance, security, and cleaning of the site.
Essential Job Functions
- Maintain building and property in clean and orderly condition.
- Ensure integrity of access control and building security.
- Ability to work all shifts including overnights for scheduled maintenance and responding to emergencies
- Have access to reliable transportation
- Responsible for all building systems and assuring they are properly maintained (e.g. fire suppression, access control, backup power, HVAC).
- Manage facilities staff
- Manages an area or multiple teams within a plant or corporate function
- Adapts departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges
- Decisions are guided by policies, resources, and business plan; receives moderate guidance from manager
- Provides subject matter guidance to associates, colleagues, and/or customers
- Provide support to internal customers as needed for site meetings and events
- Manage purchase orders, procurement of building supplies, and tracking of related expenses.
- Coordinate with local municipalities as needed
- Provide weekly and monthly updates and tracking to the regional facilities manager.
- Corporate facilities shared services coordination.
- Limited market travel.
- Onsite construction management, including contractor coordination.
- Must be available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
- Meet all of DISH’s performance expectations, including but not limited to, satisfying all applicable metrics, productivity standards, goals, and proficiencies related to overall performance.

Essential Physical Functions:
- The employee frequently is required to mobilize around the site, use hands and fingers, reach with hands and arms
- The employee must be able to use a computer mouse, keyboard, telephone, and other equipment typically found in an office environment.
Essential Sensory Functions:
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk to customers and other employees and hear a speech from customers and other employees.
- The employee will need to regularly interact and communicate with others, including but not limited to, face-to-face communications, over-the-phone communications, and email & chat messaging communications. The employee must be able to comprehend the subject of the communication and take appropriate action, if necessary.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, ability to adjust focus, reading and interpreting, documents and instructions; frequent identification of letters, numbers, and symbols in a technology environment.
Work Environment
While performing the duties and essential functions of this job, the employee is exposed to computer equipment, power equipment, and noise levels of a typical office environment, with the requisite level of noise associated with 50 or more employees working in the same physical location.
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Skills
- Works independently, and receives minimal guidance
- Read and interpret documents such as operating/maintenance/procedure instructions and safety rules.
- Speak effectively before the organization's customers or employees, whether individually or in groups.
- Proficiency with the Google Suite, including but not limited to, Google Sheets and Google Docs.
- Effectively interact with all levels of organizational staff and company personnel.
- Excellent presentation/facilitation, organizational, analytical, interpersonal, written/oral communication, and customer service skills.
- Solves complex problems by taking a new perspective on existing solutions; exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information
Mathmatical Skills
- Add, subtract, multiply, and divide into all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Draw and interpret bar graphs and diagrams.
- Compute rate, ratio, and percent.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED), preferred; two (2) years related facilities experience preferred
Salary Range
Compensation: $76,300.00/Year - $109,000.00/Year

Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
