We are seeking a Head of Offers, Pricing & Forecasting to lead our post-paid wireless carrier team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies, driving product offerings and promotions, and overseeing the analytics team to ensure we make data-driven decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, GTM, and finance to optimize revenue and maximize customer satisfaction.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and implement pricing strategies for post-paid wireless products and services
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to inform pricing decisions
Work with our sales, marketing, and finance teams to construct offers that drive growth and profitability
Analyze data and provide insights to support decision-making for pricing, promotions, and product development
Develop pricing models and tools to help sales and marketing teams optimize product and service offerings
Manage a team of analysts responsible for providing pricing and analytical support
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, product management, and finance to ensure alignment and achievement of revenue targets
Monitor the performance of pricing strategies and make adjustments as needed
Stay up to date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure the company is competitive and compliant

Salary Range
Compensation: $130,000.00/Year - $185,000.00/Year
