Job Duties and Responsibilities
The Head of Prepaid Sales for Gen Mobile will be responsible for strategic planning for prepaid sales, building the sales organization nationally for prepaid, managing relationships with TSPs and Master Distributors, and increasing sales while managing KPIs including net subscriber growth, refill rate, and churn.
Key responsibilities include:
Develop and manage a field sales strategy for the organization that ensures attainment of all KPIs and metrics that affect profitability; i.e. Sales, Payroll, Shrink, Turnover, etc.
Build and implement a tactical quarterly business plan to ensure attainment of business plan objectives
Inspire and motivate field sales team to define and execute strategic objectives through effective coaching and mentoring, identifying and developing leadership talent, and fostering an innovative, collaborative, diverse, and agile culture
Work in close collaboration with the Sales and Operations to ensure sales, service, and operational processes are followed, improved, and executed
Complete and participate in all operational activities such as; field visit reports, operational audits, and store visits
Partner to facilitate training, mentoring, and development of sales managers and regional account executives to ensure all expectations and deliverables are met and achieved
Provide feedback to the Head of Operations and Training Team on training and development needs
Liaise with Head of Marketing to identify issues around product, merchandising, inventory, assortment and mix
Partner with HR business partner to ensure alignment with the organizational objectives, talent acquisition, and brand strategy
Liaise with the Director of Human Resources and Corporate Operations Teams to ensure issues are managed per company direction and process
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Bachelor's degree plus 10+ years of experience in retail business including 7+ years of experience in prepaid mobile; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Previous experience managing sales through prepaid mobile distribution partners and TSPs
A passion for people and their success; you’ll be managing a large team of people, their success will be your success
Ability to effectively communicate and motivate as you’ll be closely working with individuals at all levels of the company
Strong relationship building as you’ll also be forging strong relationships with our client partner, vendors and other external partners
Salary Range
Compensation: $132,285.00/Year - $189,750.00/Year

Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
