Job Duties and Responsibilities
We're looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented HR Project Manager. The primary responsibility is for leading and managing multiple HR-related projects to successful completion. You will work closely with the HR team and other functions within DISH to identify project objectives, develop project plans, and manage timelines and budgets.
Responsibilities:
Obsess over the employee experience and identify interdependencies of HR projects and programs to ensure stakeholder alignment and frictionless employee experiences.
Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, milestones and deliverables
Coordinate and manage project teams and resources to ensure successful completion of projects
Communicate project progress, issues, and concerns to stakeholders and senior management
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
Facilitate meetings and communications between project teams, stakeholders, and senior management
Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
Provide guidance and direction to project teams and stakeholders
Continuously evaluate and improve project processes and methodologies
Stay current with industry best practices and trends in HR
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on HR projects
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Experience with project management software and tools
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Experience with HR systems and processes
PMP or other project management certification is a plus
HR Business Acumen - Knowledge of HR Practices, processes & standard metrics preferred
Salary Range
Compensation: $65,800.00/Year - $94,000.00/Year

Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
