    Job Duties and Responsibilities

    Our Commercial Wireless Digital Experience team is building out the future of our Enterprise B2B applications. We envision an automated ecosystem enabling self-service capabilities for customer onboarding, operation, developer capabilities, and a marketplace of services and capabilities that we will provide in the build-out and creative utilization of the first open-RAN 5G network in the US

    In this role you will:

    Build Foundation- Relationships/Repeatable Processes:

    • Establish strong working relationships and processes with Internal Business Partners 
    • Assist the Business Development team with sales engineering around the onboarding process
    • Create and maintain playbook, tutorials, and other onboarding documentation /processes for IT onboarding of enterprise customers
    • Review the IT onboarding playbook and general onboarding process with potential/new customers and their IT teams
    • Participate in onboarding automation technical strategy
    • Lead virtual assistant development team in the design and delivery of onboarding use cases

    Define & Manage to Success: 

    • Responsible for the technical relationship with partners during pre-sales and onboarding
    • Work with Customers' Business and IT partners and internal PMs to identify, plan and track success goals and milestones for IT integration activities
    • Facilitate recurring customer and internal facing meetings and working sessions 
    • Create and maintain customer-specific dashboards/reports to maintain timely progress toward success 
    • Work with internal IT teams to ensure that technical API and process documentation is properly maintained 
    • Work with internal teams to identify and develop operational change & support processes 

    Handoff to BAU: 

    • Work with customers' business and IT teams, as well as internal operations teams, to ensure that operational change & support processes are documented and communicated 
    • Facilitate post-mortem activities to identify and continuously improve processes and systems

    Continuous Improvement: 

    • Team with business partners and IT resources to Identify and lead opportunities in the implementation of Onboarding Automation 

    • Collaborate with business partners in identifying product improvement in terms of new features, systems, and or process improvements with an eye on gamification and monetization 

    • Identify opportunities for new roles that will to facilitate various needs in the customer onboarding process and the automation of that process 

    Skills, Experience and Requirements

    Required

    • 6+ years Program Management Experience
    • 6+ years Experience in managing B2B integration activities, preferably Wireless MVNO or related
    • 6+ years Experience in managing relationships with internal and external customers and related IT resources 
    • 6+ years Experience maintaining and presenting executive-level communications, reports, and statuses
    • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or other technology-related field or equivalent number of years of experience
    • Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, SCRUM, RUP, other)
    • Strong oral and written communication skills

    Preferred

    • Customer Success experience in IT and or Communications industry(s)

    Salary Range

    Compensation: $122,550.00/Year - $165,450.00/Year
