    Position summary

    DISH Network Technologies India Pvt. Ltd is a technology division of DISH. In India, the technology division is located in Bengaluru and Hyderabad. These centers were established in the market to provide opportunities to the world’s best engineering talent, and to further boost innovation in multimedia network and telecommunications development. The Bengaluru center is a state-of-the-art facility, which plays a crucial role in fostering innovation.     • Key Responsibilities

    ● As an Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Specialist, your main role is to design/ develop/ support solutions for HR processes, writing technical and functional documentation, comprehensive testing to ensure successful go-live, and business process best practice advice.

    Skills & Experience

    • An individual with technical passion and awareness. Ready to learn and get stuff done. Take pride in their product.
    • 8-12 years of hands on experience in configuring Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules like Core HR and Talent Management.
    • Should have completed at least 3 end-to-end implementations within the Talent Management module.
    • Hands on experience in Talent Management modules like Goals, Performance Management, Profile Management, Talent Review, Career Development, Succession Planning and Learning
    • Experience in any other module like Compensation, Benefits, Absences, Time and Labor would be an added advantage.
    • Experience in writing Fast Formulas.
    • Should have experience in workflow configuration using BPM.
    • Working knowledge of HCM table structures, data flow, and overall application architecture.
    • Strong Knowledge in HCM Extracts and BIP Reports.
    • Hands-on experience in HCM Data Loader (HDL).
    • Working SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases, query authoring (SQL), and working familiarity with a variety of databases.
    • Self-motivated, creative, and adaptable with clear analytical, problem solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships, not only with our HR partners but with business partners as well.
    • Ability to work in a fast paced, ever changing, high volume environment.
    • Ability to effectively communicate on complex issues with a high level of effectiveness.
    • Strong project management and organizational skills.
    • Able to support and work with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.

    Basic Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s/Master's Degree in Engineering discipline
