The Leave of Absence and Accommodation Case Manager I, will work closely with employees during critical life moments, ensuring a seamless experience throughout the leave of absence and accommodation process. Your role is to support HR partners, managers, and employees by guiding them through the necessary steps, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations while providing clarity and assistance. By supporting in key moments, you'll help ensure employees feel valued and cared for.

Key Responsibilities:
Administer and manage basic leave types (FMLA, personal, military), helping employees navigate the process with clarity and ease
Track and review leave requests with attention to detail, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies
Serve as a trusted partner for employees and managers, gathering documentation and ensuring a smooth process
Maintain accurate records and promptly update HR systems with leave status
Assist in coordinating accommodation requests under the ADA, supporting our mission to create an inclusive work environment
Keep up with changing federal, state, and local leave regulations to ensure basic compliance
Be a champion of the employee experience by providing timely and compassionate support during these moments that matter
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in leave and accommodation management
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
Skills and Qualifications:
A genuine passion for supporting employees and improving their experiences
Basic understanding of FMLA, ADA, and related laws
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in HRIS and case management systems
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with care and integrity
Capable of conducting interactive processes to assess and implement accommodations
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Occasional travel may be required
Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment with extended periods of sitting and computer use

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $27.02/Hour - $37.71/Hour

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
