Project Liaison: Act as the primary liaison for Billing and Credit Wireless teams to ensure timely project initiation, validation, and completion
Priority Management: Document departmental priorities and facilitate overall project communication to ensure alignment with organizational goals
Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requests and capabilities, ensuring effective communication across the enterprise
Status Communication: Regularly communicate project statuses and timelines to department leadership and cross-functional IT and organizational teams
Issue Identification: Identify and address issues in customer billing and support offer release management for all wireless lines of business to ensure accurate and timely customer billing activities
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with IT teams to implement changes and updates to billing and payment systems and tools
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and report automation using various methods, such as databases, spreadsheets, external data sources, and IT development; execute changes to systems with minimal impact
Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as a Subject Matter Expert, fully understanding processes and their impact on the overall business
Analysis and Implementation: Analyze, identify, and implement potential process and system enhancements to create efficiencies and reduce resource allocation to meet established goals
Echostar Way: Support team initiatives and contribute to broader departmental goals as needed, performing other duties as assigned to promote organizational success
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from four-year College or technical school, preferably in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Mathematics or Statistics, and at least one year of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience in Wireless industry preferred
Experience in Program/Project management preferred
Experience with Jira and Hive tools
Experience with SQL or Microsoft Access is a plus
Skills and Qualifications:
Proficiency with Lucidchart, draw.io, etc.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) and Google suite
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common metrics used to measure and monitor operational performance, define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and provide clear and concise communication with a wide audience of internal departments

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $63,150.00/Year - $75,000.00/Year
