Job Duties and Responsibilities
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Channel Expansion Chargeback Program Manager to build and foster relationships with both internal and external key partners to support channel expansion operations and programs. You will be focused on being the main contact for National Retail Partners chargeback tracking and disputing, identifying the logistic requirements for all Retail Partners and ensuring that DISH meets those requirements, and being a backup for all launches while assisting in driving operational efficiency & developing strategic capabilities. A successful Channel Expansion Chargeback Program Manager will work cross-functionally, leveraging organizational resources to maximize operational effectiveness and achieve critical growth goals. In this role, you will:
Main contact for National Retail Partners chargeback tracking and disputing
Collaborate with internal and external partners on a daily basis to research causes of chargebacks
Utilize Retailer portals and other software to gather the needed data to dispute chargebacks
Work with internal and external partners to research root causes of chargebacks
Monitor and analyze the individual programs performance and build cost effective strategies for improvement
Understand chargeback reporting, providing visibility and feedback to the Channel Expansion team while being accountable for sharing program achievements, issues, and concerns
Track partners shipments to validate that they arrived within the specific delivery windowa
Skills, Experience and Requirements
This position will report to the National Retail Operations Manager and play a pivotal role in the growth and long-term success of our company. You will have the opportunity to lend your vision to how the company engages, collaborates, and ultimately competes in the marketplace. The wide-ranging nature of the position will afford you the oversight and influence into many aspects of the business. Ideal Channel Expansion Chargeback Program Manager candidates have:
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience in retail wireless)
2+ years of supply chain experience
Strong preference for 2+ years of National Retail chargeback tracking and disputing
1+ years of analytics / problem solving experience
Excellent facilitation skills, strong follow-through abilities, and ownership of initiatives and issues
Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Project, Word, Access, and Google (G-Suite) equivalence
Salary Range
Compensation: $57,400.00/Year - $82,000.00/Year

Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
