Job Duties and Responsibilities
The Regulatory Program Manager will work with a variety of internal and external partners and vendors to ensure a successful deployment of our 5G Wireless network. This role will be based out of the Northeast Region, ideally in Washington D.C.
Primary responsibilities fall into the following categories:
Continually assess policies and procedures to ensure DISH Wireless is compliant with all applicable rules & regulations, and remains efficient
Assist local markets with training on regulatory issues and provide guidance to local markets on site design
Track compliance risk items through to completion and ensure all of the necessary information is documented appropriately
Assist with Migratory Bird issues
Perform reviews of proposed federal undertakings to determine compliance requirements, provide approvals, and create Collocation Exclusion Letters (CELs) where applicable
Utilize proprietary systems to track required regulatory compliance reports
Secondary point of contact with the FAA and FCC
Run regular reports to assess vendor performance
Regional vendor management and the review/approval of environmental reports
Issue POs and assist with financial budgeting and tracking

Salary Range
Compensation: $75,600.00/Year - $108,000.00/Year
