Translate complex business problems into models for optimal solutions and strategies.  Develop complex operations research mathematical models. Define data requirements, gather and validate information applying statistical tests. Construct computer simulation models. Identify opportunities for improvement and test new strategies. Ensure validity of system to support system needs. Research, develop, test, and deploy Meta-Heuristic algorithms for solving optimization problems within CXO. Finding solutions to NP-Hard problems for customer experience, operations management to optimize call center agents. Develop scheduling models for call center coaches. Create statistical inferences and identify trends. Develop a state-of-the-art additive regression forecasting model to improve call volume forecasting accuracy. Develop a continuous monitoring statistical quality control chart rule for detecting anomalies in incoming call data and develop plan to handle anomalies. Draw inferences and make predictions on call center agent and coach metrics. Use various machine-learning/artificial intelligence algorithms, supported by open-source libraries in Python and R. Build models for deeper learning of customer and agent behavioral data using machine learning algorithms. Design optimization applications for creation of forecasts using state of art Recurrent Neural Network models using libraries like FB Prophet, Greykite. Conduct a machine learning analysis to assist customer experience operations. Optimize levels of partitioning between agent groups. Conduct a sentiment analysis of agent call transcripts to improve and enhance customer experience.

Job requirements**:** 

Requires Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering Industrial Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or a closely related field, plus 2 years of experience in job offered or as Senior Business Operations Analyst, or a combination of Bachelor’s degree in same fields plus 5 years’ progressive, post-baccalaureate experience; or any suitable combination of education, training and/or work experience. Also requires 2 years of work experience with/using the following (which may have been gained concurrently):

• • Operations Research, Machine Learning, and knowledge of statistics to predict the most desirable outcome of various scenarios.
  • Skills with multiple programming and scripting languages, data platforms, and related environments, frameworks, and engines. 
  • Work with cluster computing frameworks, learning engines and libraries, graph databases, anomaly detection, data mining, advanced analytics, streaming analytics, anomaly detection, exploratory data analysis, ETL, risk analysis, graph/network analysis, data visualization, and text mining.

Employment is contingent on successful completion of a pre-employment criminal background check, which may include a drug test. 

Rate of pay: $146,000.00
