Senior Engineer – RF/Wireless sought by DISH Wireless LLC in Littleton, CO.
Develop/Run audit reports identifying site software versioning and licensing; Troubleshoot service outages / discrepancies; Perform remote recovery actions, Radio reboots, G-Node, Distributed Unit and Radio restarts; Support Network Optimizations and Parameter Audits; Develops Network Health and performance dashboards; Develop data aggregation techniques and support data aggregation; Coordinate with back-end and field resources to affect repairs, optimizations, configuration updates and upgrades; Maintain, assess, and report on network performance; Verify vendor data contains necessary counters and in correct format; Validate performance data meets 3Gpp and DISH standards; and Develop Key Performance Indicator (KPI) dashboards related to network.
Job requirements**:**
Req’s: Bachelor’s degree (or a foreign equivalent) in Electronics Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or a closely related field plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in job offered or as Senior Engineer.
Also requires 2 years of experience (may be obtained concurrently) in the following:
- working with OSS platforms (Nokia/Ericsson/Samsung);
- Radio Network planning tools;
- 2T2R, 4T4R, 8T8R, Massive MIMO, Nokia NetAct, Ericsson LTE/5G TDD, and FDD parameters.
Rate of pay: $129,375.00
Employment is contingent on successful completion of a pre-employment criminal background check, which may include a drug test.
