Job Duties and Responsibilities
DISH Wireless is looking for a Senior Manager who will develop and manage the National RF Engineering Design Team. This team is responsible for establishing RF engineering design standards and guidelines, management of coverage planning tools, and ensuring consistency in cell site design and practices across DISH Wireless. This position plays a critical role in planning and building our cloud-native 5G network.
Day-to-day job responsibilities:
Primary responsibilities fall in the following categories:
Develop and lead a team of employees & consultants responsible for creating and managing guidelines for the following:
Radio network planning, optimizing coverage and capacity
Propagation model tuning
Link budget, RF propagation, and technical analysis
Cell site architecture recommendations including RFP support for active and passive equipment
Lead and coordinate with National peer groups such as Core, OSS, Deployment, Construction, and Program Management teams.
Lead and coordinate with Regional radio network teams and ensures the guidelines are followed across the DISH 5G network

Salary Range
Compensation: $100,100.00/Year - $143,000.00/Year
