    Job Duties and Responsibilities

    Boost Mobile is at the forefront of wireless innovation, expanding its reach through strategic partnerships with major retail channels, including key e-commerce platforms and top-tier retail stores. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager of Sales Operations to provide critical support for our Strategic Account Managers overseeing these significant partnerships. This role is essential for optimizing operational processes, driving sales performance, and ensuring seamless coordination between Boost Mobile and our strategic partners. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales operations, data analytics, and process optimization, with a proven track record of supporting complex sales channels and managing system implementations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    In this role, you will:

    • Provide comprehensive operational support to Strategic Account Managers for e-commerce and retail partners.

    • Lead optimization of sales operations systems and processes, including order management and inventory tracking.

    • Utilize major sales platforms for data integration, product listings, and sales analytics.

    • Analyze sales data to identify trends, measure performance, and provide actionable insights.

    • Develop tools and resources to enhance the productivity of Strategic Account Managers.

    • Collaborate on sales forecasts, operational plans, and demand planning to align with sales targets.

    Skills, Experience and Requirements

    As a successful Senior Manager, you will have:

    Education and Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Operations, or related field.

    • MBA or advanced degree preferred.

    • Minimum of 7 years in sales operations, focusing on large accounts and complex sales environments.

    • Experience with major sales platforms like Amazon Vendor Central.

    Skills and Qualifications:

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    • Proficiency in data analysis, reporting tools, and CRM systems.

    • Advanced skills in Excel and data management tools.

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    Salary Ranges

    Compensation: $110,110.00/Year - $157,300.00/Year

    The base pay range shown is a guideline.
