Job Duties and Responsibilities
You will be developing strategies and tactics that increase customer retention, engagement and ARPU.
In this role you will be expected to:
Manage development and execution of all transactional and legally required messages sent to customer
Collaborate with teams (IT, Marketing, CXO, Billing & Credit) on technical requirements related to API-triggered messages
Plan, develop and implement profitable CRM strategies and tactics to increase retention, engagement and ARPU
Continuously seek to improve promotional campaign performance through improved targeting; offer testing; channel testing; and creative enhancements
Strategically and tactically manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously
Facilitate and lead collaboration within the retention marketing team and across functions to develop and implement go-to-market strategies
Define and direct quantitative analyses needed for decision-making
Develop and present business cases for marketing investments with support from finance
Identify and test new channels and approaches to reach the customer base

Compensation: $76,300.00/Year - $109,000.00/Year
