Job Duties and Responsibilities
Working in the Wireless Product Governance organization, the Product Solution Manager provides leadership, expertise, communications, quality control, and guidance for the wireless product teams. The role provides value to the wireless product organization by ensuring the consistent high quality and timeliness of product business requirements and high-level solutions as they move through the Wireless Governance process. Core operational responsibilities include ensuring consistency in processes, reporting, documentation with respect to wireless product definition and evaluation.
Primary responsibilities:
Provide management and oversight of Product Governance processes including reporting, data integrity, processes, best practices.
Run workshops meeting with cross teams and vendors to define requirements and impacted teams.
Work with cross-functional departments (Retail IT, OSS, BSS, Network)
Identify and communicate critical path items to shorten overall project timelines
Skills, Experience and Requirements
The successful Product Solution Manager will have:
Minimum 5+ years’ work experience in wireless site development or similar project management experience
Experience managing and motivating teams of employees with multiple functional competencies
Highly developed oral and written communication/people skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills, including advanced knowledge of Excel
Accustomed to a fast pace environment experience ideal
Able to create and present executive level presentations summarizing the status of projects
Able to manage and interpret large amounts of data, assess cross functional status and communicate risk and suggest mitigation plans
Salary Range
Compensation: $75,600.00/Year - $108,000.00/Year

Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
