Job Duties and Responsibilities
In this role, you will help organize, track, and prioritize the activities of the team. Ranging from new business and product launches to operational improvement initiatives, the scope of this role covers all aspects of the business. You will work with a diverse set of teams, people, information, and topics. You must be able to effectively collaborate across the Enterprise and solve complex challenges with a broader cross-functional team to achieve our goals.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, resources, and risk management.
Provide effective leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, curiosity, and accountability.
Monitor project progress, making adjustments as necessary to ensure timely delivery and achievement of objectives.
Effectively and consistently communicate project updates to stakeholders, including executive leadership, in a clear and concise manner.
Effectively identify, manage, and mitigate business risks, and resolve incidents in a timely manner, including root cause analysis.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to develop and implement solutions that enhance efficiency, quality, and overall business performance.
Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the success of initiatives, and ensure continuous monitoring and refinement.
Manage sensitive projects with the utmost discretion and confidentiality for internal clients.
Identify and analyze opportunities for process improvements and optimization across the organization.
Provide training, coaching, and support to team members and stakeholders as needed to ensure successful adoption of new processes and practices.

Salary Range
Compensation: $65,800.00/Year - $94,000.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
