Job Duties and Responsibilities

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing a variety of projects and initiatives that will impact day-to-day and long-term retail wireless operations. This includes coordinating with external partners to manage the implementation of solutions as needed by the business, documenting requirements for internal and external stakeholders, coordinating with all levels of the organization to resolve complex commission issues, and representing the commission's team in cross-functional meetings.

In this role, you will:

• Engage with key dealer partners in the field to determine reporting gaps and process improvement opportunities
• Manage the retail wireless commissioning vendor project pipeline
• Document and track business requirements related to all commissions related initiatives
• Assist with special cross-functional projects and process improvement initiatives
• Manage escalations related to all aspects of the compensation platform and drive resolutions
• Analyze data related to all areas of platform operations and initiatives

Skills, Experience and Requirements

As a successful Senior Project Manager, you will have:

• 4+ years of experience working in telecom operations analytics
• Advanced skills and experience with Excel and Access
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to convey findings from complex data sets with the use of easy-to-understand charts, graphs, and observations
• Ability to articulate detailed business requirements for IT project request documents
• Well-developed oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Experience with SQL and ability to write basic queries
• Experience driving process improvements
• Experience with additional data analysis tools such as Tableau, R, or Python
• Project management experience

Compensation: $72,https://350.00/Year - $103,https://400.00/Year
