Department Summary
Staff Engineer - Software sought by DISH Network, LLC in Englewood, CO. Provide services to manage and store customer preferences. Maintain existing functionality and develop new features, as well as maintain and develop backend integration services. Analyze information system requirements, create designs, and provide documentation. Understand the deadlines and develop code, unit test cases and migrate the code to TEST and PROD environments.
Job requirements**:**
Requires Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, or a closely related field, plus 5 years of related progressive post-baccalaureate experience in job offered or as Lead Integration Consultant. Also requires 5 years of experience with/using the following (which may have been gained concurrently):
- webMethods Middleware integration platform
- Designer
- Flat Files, Jenkins, and Gitlab
- Oracle SQL and JavaScript
- WinSCP and SOAP
Also requires 1 year of experience using UNIX and SOAP UI.
Employment is contingent on successful completion of a pre-employment criminal background check, which may include a drug test.
Rate of pay: $139,984.00
