Job Duties and Responsibilities
DISH intends to radically disrupt the Wireless industry landscape, and is in search of a Staff level Program Manager to lead the delivery of projects supporting our nationwide, ‘greenfield’ 5G Network deployment. As part of the DISH Wireless National Engagement team, the PM will interact directly with our field leadership team as well as drive all activities related to the drone/3D data program.
The PM’s primary responsibility will be managing 3D program efficiency, processes, digital modeling, and the cutting edge technology used to accelerate DISH’s 5G buildout. The Staff Program Manager has to drive collaboration, innovation and accountability with our strategic partners. In addition, the PM will have a “team-player’ mentality to collaborate and take on other responsibilities as needed to ensure the overall success of the 5G Network deployment. The PM will be critical to the success of the 3D program and DISH’s 5G network buildout leveraging innovative technology to revolutionize network deployment.
Day-to-day job responsibilities:
Works directly with 3D Data and Drone team manager to create program efficiency, quality, and consistency
Drives consistent and rapid process improvement
Manage the 3D data collection processes including acquisition, processing, quality assurance, finance and delivery
Produces regular program reporting to communicate progress, improvements, and risks
Establishes KPI’s for all data capture and processing vendors
Leads weekly vendor and market meetings
Contributes to strategic roadmap for product features, technology and overall business development
Works with DISH market teams and vendors on scheduling forecast and market priorities
Works with vendor management on tower company 3D data goals and objectives
Responsible for deployment tool data integrity
Executes market scheduling and PO creation
Skills, Experience and Requirements
The 3D Data and Drone PM will have experience in driving innovative technology programs in an enterprise setting. They will leverage historical experience to drive adoption across the business and collaborate on new strategic innovation initiatives with a problem solving skill set. As new problems arise, the PM will be able to prioritize, organize, and address each challenge with a program management skillset. To be successful in this role, the PM will be able to navigate a dynamic, fast paced environment with the ability to deliver outstanding results.

Project Management Professional certification (PMP)
History of successfully managing solutions leveraging unmanned aIrcraft technology
Experience in managing programs/projects leveraging remote sensing technology
Successfully implemented disruptive technology in a large organization environment
Experience in product development role focused on innovative technology solutions
Salary Range
Compensation: $87,500.00/Year - $125,000.00/Year
