Job Duties and Responsibilities

As we continue to expand our distribution and sales, we are seeking a talented Staff Program Manager to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in driving the creation, standardization, and optimization of sales processes, systems, and tools for Boost Infinite. The successful candidate will work closely with the IT, Sales, and other shared services to ensure our systems meet the needs of our sales teams and enable operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for optimizing sales processes, systems, and tools to support Boost Infinite's expansion and sales objectives

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Operations, and IT, to gather requirements, identify system gaps, and drive the enhancement and standardization of sales processes

  • Work closely with the IT department to translate user requirements into technical specifications and ensure the seamless integration of sales systems with other business applications

  • Drive the execution of operational plans, focusing on system enhancements, process automation, and data integrity to enable efficient sales operations

  • Lead the evaluation and selection of sales technologies and tools, ensuring they align with Boost Infinite's business objectives and meet the needs of sales teams

  • Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of sales systems and tools, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes to enhance operational effectiveness

  • Collaborate with IT to prioritize and manage system enhancement projects, ensuring on-time delivery and successful implementation

  • Provide training, support, and guidance to sales teams on the effective use of sales systems and tools, ensuring user adoption and proficiency

  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices related to sales operations, and proactively recommend innovative solutions to optimize sales processes and systems

Skills, Experience and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus
  • Proven experience (6+ years) in program management, sales operations, or a related field, preferably with a focus on systems optimization and process improvement
  • Strong technical acumen and understanding of sales systems and tools, with a track record of driving system enhancements and optimizing sales processes
  • Experience working closely with IT teams to translate user requirements into technical specifications and ensure system functionality meets business needs
  • Experience with system integration and customization is highly desirable
  • Solid project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects concurrently, and deliver results on time and within budget
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales operations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Results-oriented mindset with a passion for operational excellence and continuous improvement
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving environment, demonstrating resilience and flexibility in the face of challenges

Salary Range

Compensation: $87,https://500.00/Year - $125,https://000.00/Year

Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
