Job Duties and Responsibilities
This role will be working within a collaborative and fast-paced environment spanning the Boost Infinite and broader DISH Wireless organizations. The focus will be on managing the company’s go-to-market strategy across digital & local marketing, offers, and new product introductions. This position will coordinate across our marketing, finance, product, IT and operational teams to execute the Boost Infinite Go-to-Market plan.
Responsibilities
Go-to-market: Lead all go-to-market efforts from ideation to execution, working closely with key stakeholders.
Own the short and long-term roadmap while translating the product vision into tactics that fuel growing the business.
Stakeholder Management: Build trust and relationships with key internal stakeholders such as Marketing, Finance, Technology, and external partners.
Develop and deliver innovative custom solutions, introducing concepts and roadmaps to key decision-makers and senior leadership to address their business issues and needs.
Execution: Deliver on time in a high-stakes environment where multiple priorities will need to coexist simultaneously.
In charge of managing and handling daily requirements/issues from end-users.
Culture: Nurture a data-centric team that places extremely high-value speed to market, attention to detail & product quality, innovation, and shared success.
Skills, Experience and Requirements
15+ years of experience working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering a “best of class” customer experience.
Experience running and delivering business results.
A highly collaborative mindset to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Superior communication skills.
A data-driven approach to turning insights into meaningful business decisions.
Experience leading, coaching, and developing a collaborative team that wants to win.
Relocation is available for this role.
Salary Range
Compensation: $200,000.00/Year - $300,000.00/Year
