    Position summary

    stablishing clear KPI and metrics for performance and working with our S&O and Product partners to build the optimal customer experience. This position will report to the Senior Manager, Account Development - In Store and will lead team members in key strategic markets in APAC. This role will be remote but will require travel to your key markets for both organization and restaurant sales support as needed.

    • Learn from the front to enhance our customers' and employees' experiences. While guiding across many functions, our leaders remain as customer obsessed as our front line sellers. As a sales leader, you will leverage your own learnings from conversations with merchants as well as scaled learnings from other teams to build processes and programs that help make our merchants' and peoples' lives easier.

    • See around corners for the team. Whether planning for the next quarter, for the next year with new products, or for several years down with new organizations, this role will be responsible for building and scaling our In Store Account Development team into the future.

    We're excited about you because...

    • You have a minimum of 3 years in sales leadership positions with experience in SaaS, SMB Tech or Restaurant Sales

    • You have a track record of building and growing a high-performing sales team, capable of sourcing and developing top talent.

    • You have consistently achieved and overperformed on strategic sales goals

    • You're committed to leading with empathy and effective communication, fostering a positive and motivating team environment.

    • You're eager to contribute significantly to SevenRooms and DoorDash's growth and culture, embodying our core values and impacting the company's success in APAC.

    • You have experience working directly with restaurants and hospitality groups, understanding their needs and identifying gaps in their operations.

    • You're able to work with a cross-functional team and guarantee a smooth transition for new restaurant partners.

    • You are comfortable with sales tools like Salesforce, Google Suite and general data analysis.
