    Position summary

    initiatives with partners and optimize and improve the strategy behind DoorDash's partnership marketing, working on small and large co-marketing campaigns. The core purpose of this role is to lead this high performance team as they accelerate the growth and awareness of key partners on the DoorDash marketplace.

    In this role, you will get the opportunity to work collaboratively with the Australian Marketing team and closely with key partners including the Enterprise Partnerships Team, Marketing Channel Owners (Brand, Growth, Retention), Strategy & Operations.

    • Lead a team of high performing partnership and integrated marketers delivering creative, compelling (and fun!) co-branded campaigns

    • Have the opportunity to design and execute a data and insights led strategy across a portfolio of some of Australia's favourite brands

    • Create meaningful and impactful go-to-market campaigns with significant budgets to grow awareness and results across the full marketing mix

    • Champion a culture of 1% better by capturing learnings, optimising the strategy and upskilling the team with each execution

    • Champion our brand, customer, merchant and partner value proposition -externally and internally

    • Leverage our partnership landscape to assist in the distinctive, unique and ownable localised brand building of a high-growth global business

    • Bring fresh thinking, new, innovative ideas, and experimentation into the approach to aid learning and drive ongoing performance improvement

    • Work closely with internal stakeholders to build, monitor and enhance our offering with the goal of retention, volume, marketing efficiency, and customer experience.

    We're excited about you because...

    • 10+ years of partnership or integrated marketing experience

    • Proven success designing and executing campaign strategies that drive results

    • Robust experience leading cross-functional teams (e.g., with product, marketing, and operations) to build creative solutions.

    • Comfortable translating acquired campaign data into thorough analysis to identify opportunities to meet consumer needs

    • Excellent communication skills; proven ability to lead, collaborate and influence
