Unsere Werke in Deutschland zählen zu den modernsten und sichersten Chemiestandorten der Welt. Für den deutschen Standort Ahlen suchen wir aktuell einen Operator (m/w/d) im 3-Schichtbetrieb zur Verstärkung unseres Produktionsteams.

In unserem Polyurethan-Systemhaus Ahlen stellen wir spezielle Vorprodukte für die Herstellung von Matratzen, Schuhsohlen, Automobilindustrie, Isolierungen, Sportplätze und vielen anderen Dingen in unserem Alltag her. Ihre Aufgaben:

• Bedienen verschiedener Anlagen zur Herstellung von Polyolmischungen und Prepolymeren im Batchbetrieb.
• Steuern und Überwachen der Produktions- und Nebenanlagen über ein Prozessleitsystem
• Be- und Entladen von TKWs sowie das Bedienen von Abfüllanlagen
• Analyse der Prozessdaten bei prozesstechnischen Problemen
• Durchführen einfacher Instandhaltungsarbeiten
• Mitwirken bei Sicherheits-, Gesundheits- und Verbesserungsprogrammen

Ihre Qualifikation:

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Chemikant/in, Produktionsfachkraft Chemie (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare technische Ausbildung
• Erfahrung in der Bedienung technischer Anlagen in der Batchproduktion
• Fließende Deutschkenntnisse und Grundkenntnisse in Englisch
• Technisches Verständnis, um Störungen eigenständig zu beheben
• Teamfähigkeit sowie selbstständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
• Eigeninitiative, Engagement und die Bereitschaft Neues zu lernen
• Bewusstsein für Arbeitssicherheit
• Staplerführerschein, gerne mit Fahrpraxis
