The Impact you will have in this role:
The DevOps Engineering focus specializes in creating combined software development and IT operations practices which shorten the systems delivery life cycle and provide a continuous delivery platform. Builds and maintains the tooling and infrastructure used to automate the release, deployment, and upgrade processes.
Your Primary Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and maintain the infrastructure and deployment pipelines to support the development and deployment of our applications.
Collaborate with software engineers, system administrators, and other team members to identify and implement efficient and reliable solutions.
Automate processes and tasks to improve efficiency and scalability.
Implement continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.
Provide technical support and assistance to the development team.
Monitor, analyze, and optimize system performance, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security.
Define and implement appropriate monitoring and alerting systems for timely identification and resolution of incidents.
Maintain and enhance the security of our infrastructure, applications, and systems, ensuring compliance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
Develop and maintain system documentation
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in DevSecOps and cybersecurity.
Mitigates risk by following established procedures and monitoring controls, spotting key errors and demonstrating strong ethical behavior.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 8 years of related experience
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
Talents Needed for Success:
Bachelor's degree in technical/computer discipline or related experience required
8 to 14 years' experience in Infrastructure as a Code Development (IAC) skills using DevSecops pipeline
Should possess Strong Knowledge on provisioning tools like IAC development (Ansible, Python, Terraform)
Should possess Strong Knowledge on (Java, Angular Development Skills)
Strong Experience in using Restful webservices (Integration and Development)
Hands on Experience in product life cycle management & agile based delivery
SCM / DevOps / CI/CD tools & process (GIT/Bitbucket, Maven, Ant, Jenkins, Sonar)
Agile Methodology and Tools (JIRA)
Strong Knowledge on CI/CD development which is like enhancements/customizations on Jenkin pipeline using groovy/python
Proven Understanding with Cloud deployments (Private Cloud / AWS / Azure)
Experience with Cloud Platforms, Container/Orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Cloud Foundry)
Experience with Database Skillsets (PostgreSQL, Snowflake)
