    The Impact you will have in this role:

    We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead and coordinate multiple cross-functional projects in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will excel in agile methodologies, ensuring timely delivery, resource optimization, and stakeholder alignment. This role involves working with geographically diverse teams across time zones, fostering collaboration and driving project success in a fast-paced setting.

    Your Primary Responsibilities:

    • Lead the planning, execution, and closure of multiple projects simultaneously, utilizing agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban to adapt to changing priorities and deliver iterative value.

    • Coordinate with geographically diverse teams, including remote and international members, to facilitate effective communication, resolve conflicts, and ensure project achievements are met.

    • Develop and maintain project documentation, timelines, and status reports using tools like Jira for task tracking and Confluence for knowledge sharing and collaboration.

    • Conduct regular stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews to promote agile best practices and continuous improvement.

    • Manage project risks, budgets, and resources, bringing up issues as needed to senior leadership.

    • Collaborate with collaborators, including product owners, developers, and business units, to define project scopes, goals, and deliverables.

    • Monitor project progress through key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies to align with organizational objectives.

    • Mentor junior project managers and team members on agile processes and tool usage.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 12+ years of related experience

    • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience

    Talents Needed for Success:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification preferred.

    • 12+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of coordinating multiple projects in agile environments.

    • Must have knowledge on Java, Blockchain, Distributed Systems, Cloud Infrastructure technologies.

    • Expertise in Jira for issue tracking, sprint management, and reporting, and Confluence for documentation and wiki-based collaboration.

    • Strong experience working with geographically diverse teams, including tools for virtual collaboration (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams, Zoom).

    • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.

    • Proficiency in risk management, collaborator engagement, and agile metrics (e.g., velocity, burndown charts).

    • Experience in project management and task automation.

    • Background in fintech industries, such as managing projects involving cryptocurrency, decentralized finance (DeFi), or financial technology solutions.

    • Advanced certifications like PMI-ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner) or SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).

    • Familiarity with other project management tools like Trello, Asana, or Microsoft Project.

    • Familiarity with Lucidchart for process mapping and visual diagramming.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience in project management and task automation.

    • Background in FinTech as managing projects involving cryptocurrency, decentralized finance (DeFi), or financial technology solutions.

    • Advanced certifications like PMI-ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner) or SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).

    • Familiarity with other project management tools like Trello, Asana, or Microsoft Project.

    • Familiarity with Lucidchart for process mapping and visual diagramming**.**
