The Enterprise Test Engineering ("ETE") family is responsible for ensuring that all applications and systems meet defined quality standards. The ETE family encompasses three major areas including (a) functional testing, (b) non-functional testing, and (c) test architecture and enablement. Other key focuses include: regression testing, browser testing, performance testing, capacity and stress testing, resiliency testing, environment management services, and infrastructure testing. Develops, conducts, and evaluates testing processes, working closely with developers to remediate identified system defects. In-depth knowledge of automated testing tools, and quality control and assurance approaches including the creation of reusable foundational test automation framework for the entire organization.

The Test Engineering role is responsible for ensuring that all applications, system products, projects, and solutions meet defined enterprise quality standards. Provide centralized, independent quality assurance services across the firm, including functional and non-functional testing for all products, services, and applications across businesses. Design, develop, and maintain automated testing solutions, providing testing expertise, oversight, and direction to ensure the functionality of solutions and that design specifications are met.

Your Responsibilities n

n- Support an environment that ensures employees understand how their efforts contribute to overall business strategy n- Manage the team's book of work, partnering with leadership to plan the future supply and demand of resources required n- Evaluate the testing status of projects while identifying and advancing critical risks n- Ensure timely delivery of work including; supervising dependencies, tracking progress and project milestone completion n- Influence designs towards re-usable IT components and services keeping in mind test validation and test automation principles n- Maintain a high degree of cross-team and cross-application coordination to ensure end-to-end testing meets intended objectives n- Drives the preparation and execution of end-to-end and automated test planning and execution activities n- Provide testing expertise to project teams; partner with Development team to troubleshoot application issues n- Interact with senior management to share and present future automation strategy n- Ensure team's adherence to departmental and organizational policy and procedures n- Review test strategy with customers to ensure comprehensive coverage and acquire feedback n- Responsible for the provisioning of test environments for the team, and assist with coordination to resolve issues n- Mitigates risk by following established procedures and monitoring controls, spotting key errors and demonstrating strong ethical behavior. n

Qualifications n

n- Minimum of 8 years of related experience n- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience n- Clear understanding of QA methodologies and is able to utilize the methodologies in test plan/test strategy development. n- Experience in leading QA activities in a fast-pace Agile development team, with hands-on experiences in analyzing requirements, converting requirements into meaningful test scenarios, and implementing effective test cases and harnesses accordingly n- Proficient in Java programming language or other high-level programming languages and strong hands-on experience in developing back-end automated functional tests with one of the common Unit Test frameworks (Junit, TestNG, Xunit, etc). Clear understanding of common test automation libraires and tools such as Selenium, Rest Assured, JDBDT/DBUnit, etc. n- Strong SQL development knowledge with at least one of the common relational databases. n- Hands-on experience at least one of the common CI/CD pipelines, include but not limited to Jenkins/CloundBees, GitLab, etc. n- Strong communication skills. Trackable experience in enabling internal corporation within an Agile team across functionalities, and trackable experience coordinating cross-team activities n- Experience testing 'big data' solutions and data pipelines (Snowflake, Hadoop, Spark, Presto, etc.) is a strong plus n- Experience in test data management is strong plus. n
