The impact you will have in this role*:
Being a member of the Chief Financial Office t he Collections Analyst is responsible for the collections of outstanding receivables, driving the reduction of DSO whilst enhancing cash flow through professional collections. Resolving any disputed items that are impacting the payment of invoices.
Your Primary Responsibilities:
Collection of accounts receivables as defined by standards and objectives (i.e. days sales outstanding).
Perform general accounts receivable maintenance such as resolving misapplied cash, credit balances, or other issues that impact the quality of aging data.
Support cross functional staff in order to resolve collection issues.
Contribute to group goals as defined by management.
Interaction with clients via telephone and email.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
Entry Level

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel
