    As a member of Risk Management team, the CCR Project Management & Reporting (CPMR) team is responsible for providing support to the CCR team by taking the lead on projects, daily reporting, and ad-hoc issues. The CPMR team allows the CCR team to focus on its main task of conducting credit analysis on a portfolio of Member firms and other counterparties.

    Your Responsibilities:  

    n

    n- Surveillance/Reporting — overseeing the production and review of daily surveillance emails and tracking workflows to completion (negative news, vendor risk management, etc.) n- Assist with data collection and reporting on Key Risk Indicator (KRI) and Risk Tolerance metrics for credit function. n- Monitoring the Receipt of Financials, including sending reminder emails of upcoming deadlines or late financials, saving financials to SharePoint, and facilitating fines, waivers, or extensions for late financials n- Review regulatory reports for organizational changes and notifications n- Analyze various externals systems tools for aggregation of negative news alerts n- Aggregate data for internal/ external reporting for audit inquiries. n- Project Management n- Risk Technology (RT) —act as the point person for CCR with AD, Business analysts, and PM (Project Management) on credit deliverables n- Partner with credit team to understand and prioritize deliverables to ensure they meet the needs of the CCR team, meet any audit or regulatory requirements n- Analyze financial metrics and external vendors feeds used to develop internal monitoring processes.  n- Aligns risk and control processes into day to day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalates appropriately. n

    Talents Needed For Success:

    n

    n- Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred n- Knowledge of financial statement analysis for various financial institutions, particularly banks and broker-dealers n- Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft office, including advanced Excel applications and VBA macro programming. Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI is beneficial. n- Fundamental credit analysis skills n- Understanding of regulatory rules and regulations n- Experience in working with new technological initiatives and setting forth business requirements n- Effective communication skills, both oral and written n
