As a member of Risk Management team, the Counterparty Credit Risk (CCR) is responsible for assessing and monitoring the financial stability of DTCC’s Member firms, Treasury investment counterparties, Line of Credit Providers, and critical third parties. The Credit Policy and Control team within Counterparty Credit Risk tests and monitors CCR’s processes for overall consistency with the CCR Policies and Procedures to ensure they meet internal and external requirements and expectations.

Your Responsibilities:
n
n- Analyze CCR’s policy and procedures for gaps n- Aligns risk and control processes with day to day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalates appropriately n- Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual quality assurance reviews to determine whether processes are being adhered to properly. n- Work with internal departments, including Market Risk, Product Management, Relationship Management, Legal, and Compliance, to maintain consistency in the CCR processes across risk management. n- Adhere to risk-related policies and best practices of CCR, and ensure compliance with CCR’s policies and procedures n- Demonstrate the behaviors and competencies that create a risk management mindset in the organization. n- Demonstrate regulatory awareness and compliance and ensure adherence to risk-related policies and best practices. n

Talents Needed For Success:
n
n- Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred n- 3 years of experience in credit risk with experience in financial statement analysis and the understanding of a broad range of financial products. n- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills n- Financial statement analysis (prior work experience or coursework) n- Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills n- Passion for credit analysis and the financial markets n
