The impact you will have in this role:
As part of the Cyber Security Risk Office (CSRO), you will contribute to DTCC's mission of safeguarding critical information assets by supporting initiatives that strengthen our security posture, including the following:
Accelerate priority work in AI risk evaluation and assessment, including developing frameworks for identifying and mitigating emerging AI-related threats.
Deliver tangible outputs such as risk assessment artifacts, supporting documentation for AI governance, and analysis to inform oversight dashboards.
Strengthen our early-career pipeline for security design and oversight talent.
Operating Model:
You will work under established Cyber Security Standards & Design Oversight (CSSDO) guardrails, paired with a mentor for weekly check-ins and structured deliverables.
Your Primary Responsibilities:
Assist with AI risk analysis, contribute to evaluation of AI-driven systems, and support compliance documentation for AI governance.
Act as the first point of contact for low-risk infrastructure security findings and perform preliminary technical assessments.
Support documentation efforts for assigned projects and assist in maintaining team documentation related to cloud design oversight.
Conduct research on baseline configurations for cloud services and collaborate with requesters during the baseline review process.
Participate in early-stage stakeholder engagements, including design oversight consultations and request triaging.

Qualifications:
Candidates must be working towards a bachelor's degree in the following curriculums: Business, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, MIS, Technology Management, or any other related field
Candidates must have authorization to work permanently in the US without the need for sponsorship (now or in the future)
Candidates must have minimum of a 3.2 GPA to be considered
Talents Needed for Success:
Must demonstrate superior analytical and communication skills
Strong interest in the financial services industry, with previous internship experience a plus
Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Solid communication, negotiation, and relationship management skill
Knowledge of Excel including pivot tables, charts, and dashboards
