    The Impact you will have in this role

    The ideal candidate would be expected to meet the following delivery responsibilities listed in the table below.

    Squad Execution and Delivery

    • Work with Scrum Master and PM Vertical to ensure squad is operating efficiently and making changes to resolve inefficiencies and remove impediments as needed

    • Deployment Coordination and Support

    • Annual Planning & BOW Creation

    • Tracking Metrics and aligning with Scrum Masters and Tech Leads on mitigation plans for areas where we are seeing issues

    Vertical and Cross Vertical Coordination

    • Any scope required which has dependencies outside the squad or vertical

    • Regular Staffing Profile and "Named Resources" validation and maintenance

    Financial Reporting

    • Reported monthly, by vertical, to Sr Management using our standard template

    • Alignment with and support to Financial Planning and Analysis & New Initiatives Office teams

    EPMO Alignment

    • All updates required for SteerCo's, EPMO Framework Updates, and OP Readiness support

    • Operational and Business alignment and support related to all aspects of Technology Delivery

    AppDev Executive Director Support

    • Each ED per vertical has scope which requires ad-hoc support which the PM will drive

    Logistical Support

    • New Initiative and Project Setup

    • New Resource Onboarding

    • Change Control Creation

    • RegSCI Quarterly Reporting

    • PPM Staffing Profile and "Named Resources" validation and maintenance

    SDP Delivery & Training Support

    • Ensuring all SDP related tasks including Stakeholder Engagement are completed within expected timeframes in alignment with Scrum Master

    • Meeting monthly

    • Responsible for new training when new SDPs version are released

    Agile Mindset & Scrum Master Career Development

    • Ensure Agile Best Practices are being follow (e.g., JIRA Hygiene, DPO, Dashboard Adoption).

    • Ensure OKR and QTR process are being follow in according with the Tribe and Alliance.

    • Ensure Squad Metrics are being reported and actions upon.

    • Ensure Squad Maturity Assessments are being completed, and opportunities are identified and actioned.

    • Regular check-in with Scrum Master on career development and agile maturity improvements plan .

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 10 years of direct experience

    • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience

    Talents Needed for Success:

    • Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field; MBA preferred.

    • 10 years of experience years of experience in governance, transformation and program management, business transformation

    • Strong finance acumen, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively.

    • Excellent leadership and project management skills, with a track record of successfully driving large-scale transformation initiatives.

    • Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

    • Proven ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics and drive change.

    • Knowledge of DTCCs businesses and capital markets domains.

    The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
