DTCC offers a flexible/hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day unique to each team or employee).
The impact you will have in this role:
The Enterprise Client Operations group delivers world-class safety and soundness for the global financial services industry. The team provides DTCC's portfolio of core securities and superior transaction processing and client services support in an environment that minimizes risk and cost while maximizing efficiency. While each intern will gain an understanding of what the department, they are assigned to does and the business role it plays within Enterprise Client Operations, their specific job responsibilities will be dependent on the department they are assigned to work in.
Your Primary Responsibilities:
Develop core leadership competencies
Assist in day-to-day processing activities in Enterprise Client Operations
Participate in team meetings
Support the team on ad-hoc tasks, assignments, special projects, etc.
Provide verbal and written evidence of technical knowledge
Manage relationships with multiple levels of management within Enterprise Client Operations
Aligns risk and control processes into day-to-day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk and escalates appropriately

Qualifications:
Candidates must be working towards a bachelor's degree in the following curriculums and graduating no later than May 2026: Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting or related field
Candidates must have authorization to work permanently in the US without the need for sponsorship (now or in the future)
Candidates must have minimum of a 3.2 GPA upon graduation
Talents Needed for Success:
Must demonstrate superior analytical and communication skills
Strong interest in the financial services industry, with previous internship experience a plus
Motivated self-starter
Ability to grasp new concepts
Proficient computer and technical skills
Ability to work within a team environment
