The Impact you will have in this role:
Being a member of the Governance and Reporting Team, the Associate will spearhead high-priority projects within Enterprise Services, conduct data analysis, and provide informed recommendations. The Enterprise Services Governance and Reporting Team facilitates comprehensive strategic metrics reporting along with enhanced risk and portfolio reporting capabilities. A key focus of the department is analyzing data inputs and outputs to generate actionable business intelligence insights. In addition, the Enterprise Services Governance & Reporting IC Associate will implement a project management framework, ensuring projects are aligned with defined milestones and delivering high-quality and timely results.
Your Primary Responsibilities:
Manage metrics, dashboards, and reports to monitor organizational health, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making. Oversee and ensure the timely resolution of open risks, issues, and audit items, providing regular updates to management
Recommend and implement tools that enable management to make self-driven data decisions, reducing production time and risk, while partnering with key stakeholders to understand business needs and reporting requirements
Foster a collaborative environment, promoting teamwork and open communication.
Lead and contribute to team-impacting projects and initiatives to drive operational excellence.
Manage workload effectively, balancing competing priorities while adhering to procedures, metrics, and critical timeframes.
Train team members to ensure consistent execution and reduce risks.
Present information clearly to targeted audience ensuring engagement and buy-in.
Maintain a strong focus on stakeholder needs, ensuring timely and accurate responses to inquiries and issue resolution.
Continuously seek and implement strategies for process and service improvements.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 4 years of related experience
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
