    The Integration Scrum Master is a servant leader with a growth mindset, responsible for the overall support of the squad delivery of the workstream book of work. They are responsible for acting as a trusted mentor, guiding the squad during ceremonies, removing impediments, and embodying our ways of working. Additionally, the DTCC Integration Scrum Master takes the lead in maintaining the accuracy of, JIRA and governance artifacts in addition to promoting, improving, training, mentoring and adoption of project management and scum mastery standard processes.

    Your Responsibilities n

    n- Remove impediments from the Sapient Implementation squad n- Interact with CoE’s on status, issues, teamwork n- Liaise with Product Owner/Stakeholders/SPMO n- Ensure Squad Manager Tool is up to date (Squad Members, OKRs, supporting documentation) n- Plan and chair (host) key meetings, help facilitate Sprint 0, SoS and distribute minutes for tracking purposes; follow-up as the need arises n- Build the project in JIRA, ensuring that traceability is maintained, accuracy and overall health is provided via metrics and dashboards; ensure rules are being followed n- Train users and be responsible for JIRA backlog and planning sessions (PO owns backlog). Additionally, accurately define “Issue Type and Association” in JIRA n- Build project(s), perform updates on resource, tasks, and allocations. Staffing profiles, time tracking, budgeting, and monitoring forecast vs. actuals n- Build, prepare, and manage release planning agenda, requests for quarterly releases n- Facilitate release planning sessions n- Prepare release capacity planning n- Acts as a change agent, guiding the squad on agile standard methodologies and alignment with Our Ways of Working (OWoW) while promoting continuous improvement n- Takes a multidisciplinary view of squad’s body of work and being forward-thinking on initiatives and epics n- Daily Standup - Daily n- Backlog Grooming - Weekly n- Sprint Retro – Biweekly n- Sprint Review/Demo– Biweekly n- Sprint Planning – Biweekly n- Mitigates risk by following established procedures and supervising controls, spotting key errors and demonstrating strong ethical behavior. n

    Qualifications n

    n- Minimum of 8 years of related experience n- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience n- Solid understanding of agile methodology n- Understanding of the end-to-end Institutional post trade Derivatives lifecycle is highly desirable n- Experience with similar business/application messaging systems and protocols (e.g., SQL, MQ, Sftp, MS azure, XLST) an advantage n
