The Knowledge Process Lead Analyst or Knowledge Management Business Systems Analyst is responsible for the day-to-day activities and governance of Knowledge Management process as well as continuing to build on the adoption and capability developed to date.

What you’ll do:
n
n- Own the continued development, governance, and maturing of the Knowledge Management process and standard methodologies with DTCC IT. n- Develop and mature the knowledge management strategy and governance for our knowledge bases n- Leverage Knowledge Centered Service (KCS) and other industry standard best practices to drive Knowledge adoption across targeted teams. n- Promoting collaboration and knowledge sharing through defining, supporting and encouraging the use of knowledge to employees of all skill levels. n- Champion a knowledge management culture within IT n- Leverage analytics and metrics to evaluate business impact, supervise the usage, adoption, and identify potential improvement opportunities. n- Train, mentor, and develop teams in creating their knowledge content n- Aligns risk and control processes into day to day responsibilities to supervise and mitigate risk; calls out appropriately n
