The Lead DevSecOps Engineer acts as a Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) to solve Operational problems by applying engineering practices. The Lead DevSecOps Engineer (SRE) creates a bridge between development and operations by applying a Software engineering mindset to system administration topics. This applies to the application development process, infrastructure deployment and operations processes. The role of SRE is to enable the broader organization to operate using DevSecOps and Automation principles, toil management, proper alerting, and monitoring, NFR practices by providing a combination of platform, process, and culture direction

n**What you will do:**nn

nt- Development, maintenance and support of our development pipelines, maintenance, and support of our development pipelines, which support our continuous Integration, Automated Provisioning and Continuous Delivery capabilities across both our cloud and On-Prem Platforms. nt- Work with stakeholders to define clear project objectives and requirements, agree on priorities, communicate progress updates and demonstrations, resolve issues and conflicts, and provide responsive change management. nt- Create Jenkins pipeline & shared libraries (Pipeline as Code) using Groovy scripts nt- Work on Cloud Engineering solutions using tools like Terraform, Chef (Infrastructure as Code) on AWS environment nt- Develop tools and processes to reduce deployment obstacles, improve developer productivity, reduce risk and lead to faster time to market. nt- Develop subject matter expertise on one or more programming languages, vendor products, DTCC applications, data structures, business lines. nt- Implements security solutions and executes test plans working with more senior technical staff to validate security requirements nt- Develops and maintains system documentation nt- Provide ongoing maintenance support for the applications during Post-deployment support phase. nt- Foster a risk management culture through implementation and demonstration of processes and procedures which identify and mitigate risk Qualifications n

nt- 5-8 years of solid, diverse work experience in a DevOps Platform Engineering with Development Disciplines in a high pace Production Environment nt- Experience with Java based Technologies  nt- Platform or Application Engineering and Operational Knowledge in any of the CICD Tooling Technologies (JIRA, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Fortify, SonarQube, Nexus, Nexus IQ) nt- Knowledge on CI/CD development using Jenkin pipelines with groovy/python nt- System Engineering Knowledge proficiency in Operating Systems and Middleware technologies (Red Hat Linux, Tomcat, etc) nt- Proven Understanding with Cloud deployments (Private Cloud / AWS / Azure / Docker/ Kubernetes) nt- Solid comprehension of Agile project management leveraging one or more frameworks under the Agile umbrella such as Scrum or Kanban nt- Experience with Version Control System (VCS) tools such as GIT nt- Experience in product life cycle management & agile based delivery nt- SCM / DevOps / CI/CD tools & process (GIT/Bitbucket, Maven, Ant, Jenkins, Sonar) nt- Web Technologies (HTML 5, CSS, JSON, REST,) nt- Agile Methodology and Tools (JIRA) nt- Preferrable Experience with Micro Services & Layered (SOA/MVC) Architecture nt- Knowledge on provisioning IAC Tools (Chef, Ansible, Terraform, ksh Shell, groovy, python) nt- Experience with Database Skillsets (PostgreSQL, MS SQL, Oracle) n
