The Development family is responsible for crafting, designing, deploying, and supporting applications, programs, and software solutions. May include research, new development, prototyping, modification, reuse, re-engineering, maintenance, or any other activities related to software products used internally or externally on product platforms supported by the firm. The software development process requires in-depth domain expertise in existing and emerging development methodologies, tools, and programming languages. Software Developers work closely with business partners and / or external clients in defining requirements and implementing solutions.

Your Responsibilities n

n- Act as a technical guide on one or more applications used by DTCC n- Work with the Business System Analyst to ensure designs satisfy functional requirements n- Partner with Infrastructure to identify and deploy efficient hosting environments n- Tune application performance to eliminate and reduce issues n- Research and evaluate technical solutions consistent with DTCC technology standards n- Align risk and control processes into day to day responsibilities to supervise and mitigate risk; advances appropriately n- Apply different software development methodologies dependent on project needs n- Chip in expertise to the design of components or individual programs, and in the functional testing n- Support development teams, testing, fixing, and production support n- Build applications and construct unit test cases that ensure compliance with functional and non-functional requirements n- Work with peers to mature ways of working, continuous integration, and continuous delivery n

Qualifications n

n- 6+ years of IT experience. n- Good development and UT knowledge in developing integration applications using IBM Integration Bus 10 (IIB) Product. n- Good ESQL, JCN (IBM Java MQ API) and Mapping node development knowledge. n- Knowledge on packaging and deployment into different lower environment. n- Functional and Performance testing support capability. n- Nice to have worked Agile based SDLC. (User knowledge of JIRA, Bitbucket(GIT), Jenkins). n

Soft Skills n

n- Good communication skill. n- Updating the JIRA Story card regularly n- Updating the status in Stand up every day. n- Self-responsibility on work load management, testing support and other environment related issues. n- MS Excel knowledge to update the UT documentation. n- Self-learning new tool such as Talend, Volante and Moveit etc. n
